After a long spell of - for this time of year - remarkably fine weather, everything is back to normal again.
At night the temperature sinks well below the freezing point and, with cutting winds blowing from the north, even the day temperatures aren't much above zero. One moment, the sky is blue and sunny. The other moment, heavy dark clouds dominate and bring us rain, hail and even snow. Sometimes the wind blows with hurricane-like force, and then it is frightening to see the trees being bent to the breaking point. But although you would expect them to break like matchsticks, most of the times, they hold out.
And so will we. Now that we have tasted so much of spring already, a few chilly days won't get us down.
