Season's Greetings

I wish all my readers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Almost here

A few days ago, around noon, I took this picture of our house. As you can see, it doesn't get any direct sun light anymore. Do you remember the picture I took five weeks ago - when the whole building was still catching sun at noon?

And this is how it looks from the kitchen window. The shortest day is almost here.

Sold

Lilla Laggåsen is sold.

Last Friday, we signed the contract and sold our property. It was a moment of mixed emotions: sorrow, relief and happiness. Sorrow because we have to leave this very special place where we started our new life in Sweden. Relief because it did not even take two months to sell the house - a little miracle in these times of world-wide economical depression. And happiness of course, because now we can move on and start looking for new adventures.

Snow

This is what is saw, when I left the house, this morning. And although it isn't much, it is snow!
